CLOTHING / PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Washable play clothes and tennis shoes (sneakers) are the most suitable. An initialed, full change of clothing needs to be kept at the Center. We ask that you not send toys with your children except on show-n-tell days.



INFANTS / TODDLERS

Parents are to furnish all baby food and cereal until your child is on table foods and 2% milk. Parents are to furnish all pampers, wipes and tissues. Please remember to bring pampers daily or leave a supply at the Center. Formula must be mixed up before it is brought into the Center. Each bottle and pacifier is to have your child's name on it and each bottle must have a lid on it. "This too is a state requirement, and will be sighted".



FULL TIME ENROLLMENTS
Your paid fees have ensured your child a full time slot during the days and hours you have indicated on the enrollment form. Your weekly fee will remain the same each week regardless of your child's attendance unless you are taking a vacation week. You will be charged your full weekly payment for Holidays that the Center is closed. The Holidays are listed on page 3 of this handbook. Should you need to change the days or hours that childcare is needed please note these changes on your child's enrollment form.



PART TIME ENROLLMENTS
Your fees are based on the days and hours you have indicated on the enrollment form. Should you need these days or hours changed please make these changes on your child's enrollment form so fees can be adjusted and proper staffing is available. During days missed, including Holidays that the Center is closed, you will be responsible for your full weekly payment. You will only be charged for Holidays that fall on your child's regular attendance days. If your child attends for more days than enrolled for or attends on a day that is not scheduled on their enrollment form, you will be charged the daily rate for each of those days. The Holidays are listed on page 3 of this handbook.



SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN
Our Center provides care for school aged children on days that they are out of school at an additional cost. However, we need to know in advance if your child, or children, will be attending for the full day school is out. A sign up sheet for those days will be located in the foyer. It is necessary for you to sign your child, or children, up for the full day of care. If you sign your child up, you will be charged for a full day of care regardless of your child's attendance for that day. This is necessary for proper staffing and due to the fact that only so many spots will be available.



CHILD CARE PAYMENTS
Payments are to be made on Monday mornings in advance each week or on the first day of the week that your child attends. There will be a late fee of $20.00 for all payments that are not received in full by this time. If fees are not paid by Wednesday, we ask that you keep your child out of the Center until your financial situation has improved. If your child's tuition fee has not been received by Friday, or arrangements have not been made with the Director, it will then be necessary to re-enroll your child before returning them to our care. Your payments are designed to hold a spot for your child in the Center, and without your weekly fee, your child's spot cannot be saved.
Enrollment fees are $35.00 per child and are due at the time that you enroll your child. Registration fees are $35.00 per child and are due every August 1st. These fees initially or annually are non-refundable. Parents who receive subsidy payments from any outside source will be responsible for all payments that are not paid for by the subsidy source. Ex. enrollment fees, co-payments, overage and cost that occur because of expired contracts. In addition, 4c's subsidy providers will no longer pay childcare for children who are out of the Center for more than 5 days in a single month. It will be the parent's responsibility to pay for each day after the 5th missed day of the month. This is in addition to all other fees.



RETURNED CHECKS
You will be charged a fee of $35.00 for all checks that are returned due to insufficient funds. You will be responsible for making the payment for the amount the check was written, the return check fee and the late payment fee in full and payable in cash. Future payments will also be subject to cash only payments. "Ex. Amt. of Ck. +$35.00 +$20.00".
